How do I order your products?

Forelsket  is an online store, we run our business online and therefore do not have a physical walk-in store. You can order all of our products here on our website, simply add the product(s) that you would like to purchase to your cart and follow the checkout instructions.

How do I pay for my order?

You can choose your preferred payment method during checkout. We facilitate payments through Payfast, a secure payment gateway for online shopping. If you do not have a cheque or credit card, you can choose the bank transfer option and do an eft at your convenience, these are also processed through Payfast.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders are dispatched from a distribution centre which is based in Johannesburg and are processed promptly after we receive payment. Your order will be packed and dispatched withing 2-3 working days after which you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number, your order will then typically be delivered to your doorstep within 1-2 working days. Please note that at times delivery might take slightly longer.

Can I collect my order?

We are an online based store and do not offer collections

What delivery and shipping method do you use?

We only use a reliable courier service so that your order can be delivered to your doorstep. Unfortunately, other delivery options have proved to be unreliable and detract from our desired customer experience.

How do I care for my jewellery?

  • Always store individual items in boxes, drawers, soft cloth or ziplock bags
  • Do not expose to extreme temperatures and moisture.
  • Protect when using perfume or hair spray
  • Natural body oil or lotions can damage your Jewellery, wipe off after use
  • Accessorise as your final step when dressing
  • Do not use detergents, harsh chemicals or jewellery cleaners
  • Do not wear jewellery when doing household tasks
