Every Forelsket piece is personally prepared, carefully packaged and packed especially for your order before leaving our studio.

We are an online-only store and currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Order Fulfilment

Once your payment has been received and reflects in our account, we will begin preparing your order.

Most orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Made-to-Order Bracelets

Our Name Bracelets are made to order, especially for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for your Name Bracelet to be made before it is ready for dispatch. Please note that the 3–5 business day making time is in addition to the courier delivery time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Delivery Method

We currently offer delivery via PUDO (The Courier Guy).

PUDO Locker-to-Door.

Your parcel will be placed by Forelsket into a PUDO locker and delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free delivery on orders over R550.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier network.

For standard orders, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

Once dispatched, orders are generally expected to arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

For made-to-order Name Bracelets, please allow 3–5 business days for your bracelet to be made, followed by the applicable courier delivery time.

Please note:

• We do not currently offer overnight delivery.
• Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
• If you are purchasing a gift for a specific date, please allow sufficient time for both processing and delivery.
• Made-to-order Name Bracelets require 3–5 business days before dispatch.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

You can also track your PUDO parcel through The Courier Guy’s tracking portal.
