We personally make and pack each piece of jewellery to suit your order before it is shipped from Forelsket.

Order fulfillment:

We are an online store only. We ship all over South Africa. Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be packaged after it reflects in our account. Our processing time varies from product to product, but we typically ship out your order within 48 hours (2 days), excluding weekends and public holidays. Your tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery method:

Currently, we offer two shipping options: 

Pudo (locker to door) for only R70

Postnet to Postnet for only R99

Delivery leatime:

The shipping times provided by us are only a guideline. Please note that, at the moment, we do not offer overnight delivery if you are ordering a gift for someone please see our processing and lead times for more information. Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Orders are estimated to arrive within 2-4 working days depending on your location. Please note that our couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Free shipping:

You will receive free shipping on orders over R550.

How to track my order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking URL.

Track Your Local Postnet Collection

Our local Postnet collection service is fulfilled by Postnet to Postnet and will be delivered to your nearest local Postnet counter.

If you are collecting your parcel yourself please take a copy of your ID. An SMS will be sent as soon as your parcel has arrived and is ready for collection.
