30 Day Return Policy

In order to make you feel comfortable and confident when shopping with us, we offer a hassle free 30 day return policy on all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or replacement (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of the original purchase date.

No refunds or replacements on sale items or on gift vouchers or improper care. All sales on sale items and gift vouchers are final. Our pieces are delicate and we take no responsibility for careless wear, tranish or improper storage.

Our only conditions are:

  • The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition.
  • The item being shipped must be returned with all of its original packaging.
  • The customer will be responsible for all of the return shipping costs associated with the refund or replacement.
  • please note that no products will be exchanged/ refunded if they have been damaged due to in-correct use and/or not following the care instructions that clearly accompany each product. This includes but is not limited to the care instructions of each item as applicable.Our pieces are delicate and we take no responsibility for careless wear, tranish or improper storage.

Return Process

To request a return, simply email us or complete our website contact form. One of our customer service reps will then get in contact with you and provide you with the return instructions. Please remember to include your personal details and order number when you contact us.

Upon receipt of your return, the items will be inspected for signs of wear and damage prior to issuing a refund, replacement. New or unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item. Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to you in the form of the original form of payment . Any promotional gifts or additional items must be returned as well.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over R250, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Packages returned to us without prior arrangement will not be accepted.
